Jimbaran, May 23, 2025 — At Vinoti, we’ve always believed that great design begins with a sense of place. On a golden evening at Puri Bhagawan, Jimbaran, we proudly unveiled SUNDARA—our newest hospitality furniture series developed in collaboration with the visionary team at 2M Design Lab. 

This wasn’t just a product launch—it was a celebration of nature, design, and the spirit of Bali itself. As the sun set over the cliffs of Jimbaran and the sea breeze rolled in, we welcomed design professionals, hospitality leaders, media partners, and clients to immerse themselves in the soul of SUNDARA. 

The collection draws deeply from Bali’s rich landscapes and cultural rhythms, brought to life through four signature sets: 

PASIH – Outdoor Set 

Inspired by Bali’s coastlines, PASIH is designed to turn outdoor spaces into focal points of storytelling. With modular compositions, organic curves, and water-resistant materials, the set invites serenity and comfort—blending form and function effortlessly. 

BINGIN – Living Room Set 

Drawing from the enduring banyan tree, BINGIN embodies strength and connection. Natural textures and fluid silhouettes shape pieces that create space for gathering, reflection, and ease—turning living rooms into spaces of true belonging. 

TUKAD – Dining Room Set 

TUKAD brings the calming energy of flowing water into the dining experience. Designed for seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor settings, this set celebrates the ritual of dining through open structures and natural finishes. 

MANDALA – Bedroom Set 

Rooted in the spiritual stillness of Bali’s sacred mountains, MANDALA introduces layered detail, angular lines, and artisanal touches to the bedroom. Comprising a bedframe, nightstand, and bench, it’s a collection that invites rest, balance, and mindfulness. 

Each piece in the series pairs organic materials like wood, rope, and handcrafted finishes with modern architectural sensibility, creating timeless designs that speak to the environment and elevate the hospitality experience. 

A Celebratory Night in Bali

The launch was set against the breathtaking coastline of Jimbaran, and it quickly turned into an unforgettable night. The spirit of the evening came to life with a special address from William Simiadi, Managing Director of VIVERE Group: 

“SUNDARA embodies what we believe modern hospitality design should be: beautiful, purposeful, and deeply connected to its surroundings,” said Mr. Simiadi. “It’s a reflection of our shared values with 2M Design Lab—combining craftsmanship, sustainability, and cultural context to create meaningful experiences for people.” 

This heartfelt statement set the tone for the evening’s highlight: an in-depth presentation on the design philosophy behind the SUNDARA Series. Our team, together with Manuele Mossoni, Principal of 2M Design Lab, shared the creative process—from inspirations rooted in nature to the intentional selection of materials and forms. 

“With SUNDARA, we aimed to design more than furniture,” Manuele explained. “We wanted each piece to feel like a natural extension of its space—to be honest in materiality, considered in its function, and timeless in its identity.” 

Following the presentation, guests were treated to a mesmerizing cultural performance, reflecting Bali’s artistic spirit, followed by a festive after-party. Music, cocktails, and conversations flowed beneath the stars, capturing the warmth and vibrancy of what the SUNDARA collection stands for.

For us at Vinoti, SUNDARA represents more than just a collection—it’s a reflection of our passion to create spaces that feel alive. It marks a new chapter in how we approach hospitality: thoughtful, rooted, and unforgettable. 

As we move forward, we carry this night—and this spirit—with us. Because for us, design is not just about furniture. It’s about people, stories, and the environments we shape together. 

VINOTI – VIVERE Commercial
